The album combines a collection of solo and ensemble pieces created between 2014 and 2023 that showcase developments and thought in my compositional output, particularly concerning polytemporal composition, that is, music where two or more instrumentalists perform using independent, different tempos simultaneously.
Ondrej Veselý plays in each changing #5 for clarinet, guitar and (distanced) string quartet (2023) and on Bricolage III for two guitars.
